I thought I would continue with a weekly meeting feedback note but restrict it to a maximum of 5 bullet points per week

• Thank you for all of the positive feedback and ideas posed after the first meeting with the new team
• 39 Referrals this week, good considering the Easter break but I know we will improve on that
• Our 6 month targets, 6 New Members , exceed £150,000 of business
• Next week, new room layout will be in place, it might not be perfect but we need to work on it
• Next week, new “thank you for the money box” and Business Cards process to be implemented and the Visitor generation task will begin
