Thanks everyone for what I thought was a very positive meeting. As special thanks to the outgoing leadership team Dave & Dave and also Sonja (we miss you Sonja).

You will notice that "great 10 minutes" isn't listed above and we won't have a 10 minute speaker for another 5 weeks anyway! That's because we're on the recruitment drive of the year. The message I got from Tony's presentation is that we're in it together so let's help each other out, individually it sounds hard but together it could actually be quiet fun teaming up for the phone calls etc etc. Crazy I know.

I think we all owe a big thank you to Tony for putting the effort here off his own back and remember if it wasn't for Tony we wouldn't have the opportunity. Thanks Tony.
